Purchasing
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for using our services/ for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Shipping
We're partnered with USPS. Depending on the total weight of each package, delivery of the item(s) may take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days after they have been despatched. Tracking links are provided for all shipments. At this time, we only support shipping and delivery to orders made within the United States. Cost of shipping is $6.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns at this time. However, if an item was damaged in transit, kindly take a picture that clearly shows the damage and contact us via email (aloha@dudebabedesign.com) within 14 days of delivery so we can assess the situation and offer up a satisfactory solution. We reserve the right to refuse service to damaged items reported after the 14 day window.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Dude Babe (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the dudebabedesign.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately. Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
